Terms and Condition

As a member, you agree to:

Make regular and active capital contributions to sustain the cooperative.
Support the cooperative’s mission, development, services, and overall operations.
Comply with cooperative policies, bylaws, financial commitments, and organizational guidelines.
Participate in cooperative governance, such as voting and attending general membership meetings.

In return, you are entitled to:

Exercise one vote in general membership meetings.
Receive timely updates and information regarding the cooperative’s financial standing, decisions, and developments.
Access services, benefits, or rebates proportional to your contributions and active participation.
Equal rights and fair treatment as provided under cooperative principles.

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 to 60 years old.
Continued membership requires adherence to cooperative bylaws, policies, and financial obligations.
Failure to sustain capital contributions or comply with cooperative policies may result in suspension, limitation of benefits, or termination of membership.

Members are expected to maintain active status by providing regular capital contributions (e.g., monthly deposits, share payments, or other agreed-upon contributions).
Failure to comply with these requirements may affect eligibility for services, loans, benefits, or profit-sharing.
Contributions directly support the cooperative’s growth, sustainability, and ability to provide services to its members.

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Cooperative’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and any Board- or Management-issued policies, constitute the entire agreement between members and the cooperative.
By maintaining your membership, you expressly agree to abide by any future amendments or updates made to these governing documents.
Members will be notified of significant changes through official cooperative communication channels.

By proceeding with membership, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern your role, obligations, and the proper use of cooperative systems.
The cooperative is committed to protecting members’ personal data and using it solely for legitimate organizational purposes.
